skin. This layer should fit snugly and retain some

2. Mid Layer - The purpose of the mid-layer is to8 p) p' G( a# v# d& I+ o- o
capture warmth through trapped air. Typically a mid-layer7 h4 P# T, }- S3 @$ f! F- N5 T* v
is a fleece or a thick wool layer.
) y7 J/ B* t9 @1 jWhen preparing for a trip to Snow Valley it is advised that students

There are 3 layers to consider:! S) H3 p- v4 E M4 H' z& c, A
Items NOT to bring: Denim of any kind, Knit Mittens or Ankle Socks1 p0 \9 f2 Q8 M. f" r1 e
Accessories: Hand / Foot Warmers, Lip Balm & Sunscreen B( X# Z/ f/ G, i* \
- Gloves or Mittens (two pairs, in case one gets wet)
% ]6 ~# j& V8 G5 i( V% q- Knee High Ski Socks, plus a spare
$ ?$ |0 y- n8 Q, g3 O/ g; ?3. Insulation Layer - An insulated and waterproof ski" q2 l& e( O" S
jacket and pants provide warmth and allow students& G8 a: T0 j# N( J6 k

Tip: If you dress in layers, you can always remove a layer if you get hot.
