JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-

* g+ }0 y3 }: S4 k1 S8 {Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects c* \8 y; G5 {. U
of Course Pack production.' N& W# `5 I6 M' A& m& V7 I
/ X% B0 A' A/ b; B( o$ m7 \& tDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
& ^5 y1 a* n* ?1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning " ?$ T" n$ D& z) l5 o& T
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.$ S. v; {* l4 w& U o0 l3 u
+ P# T& E/ ]8 L2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 5 n5 G5 I2 p4 T: e4 o8 m U
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.7 b# S1 s0 \! S6 B! i. |+ c+ K
+ t: C( x$ d. @3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 8 f2 D9 i. K$ {7 h# I$ u
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, : m+ Y) y2 v2 ]1 v
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
+ c1 M, H) v# \4 I0 A& f2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
* ^5 ]+ h R) V& } D/ c. ^7 n- t4 Qskills.5 ^) v! K2 K1 X; h7 q
, E1 S* O3 a+ ~) ~9 k# Z3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

; p+ A d$ d; v* o6 K4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.7 x5 i/ d% U2 L) i5 K1 X
