大专3年，职业需要符合Skill Type 0，还是Skill Level A 或 B呢？

大家好！想请教各位几个问题，先谢谢各位热心的朋友了！
* ?" E: t% N, V8 K一、我大专3年读计算机应用与维护专业，现在在图书馆工作，不知道大专在定位SKILL时是不是有限制的呢？我应该定位Skill Type 0，还是Skill Level A 或 B的职业呢？
二、我在图书馆不同的岗位都干过，如果我不同岗位的工作职责都符合某一职业描述的一项。例如 5211 Library and Archive Technicians and Assistants的职业描述包括①一般读者服务；②图书馆设备技术维护；③读者咨询服务。而我的岗位职责符合①有1年时间；②有2年时间；③无，请问我到底能拿到几年的工作经验呢？
