Here is a reminder to you that we are going to have our New Students Orientation from the Chinese Students and Scholars Association on August 31 at 2 pm. The schedule is attached along with this e-mail. We'll invite returning students from your department to talk to you regarding class registration. The information we’ll provide is very important to you to survive through the intensive course load. Free Pizza will be provided afterwards to the new students. I hope can see you there.

D: KOn September 1 & 8 we arranged school bus to take you to open bank account, buy cell phone, and we will take you to buy some groceries at Superstore, one of the largest supermarket with the lowest price in Edmonton. We'll meet you at 10:20am at HUB Bus Station. Please be on time if you plan to go.

If you want to buy furniture from IKEA and you need truck to move it back, we’ll announce the gathering time and location at our orientation meeting on August 31.

大家好，我们中国学生学者联谊会将于8月31日下午2点举行面向新生的迎新活动。我们将邀请各系在校学生为新生讲解选课注意事项。对你未来的学习生活极为重要。活动安排已附件此信。会后我们还会给新生提供免费PIZZA。

我们将于9月1日和8日继续带领大家办理银行和手机手续。同时，我们还会在这两天带大家去购物比较便宜的超市购买生活用品。如有参加此活动的，请于上午10：20 在大学HUB的公车站集合。
