then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
7 s0 s4 K G, j2 gthen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done. E# U) l2 m" r" q4 T- I" h
If you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.
