'fragile' means:

$ O6 e, s6 Y2 M6 S8 l; C# L K0 w2. not secure: unlikely to withstand any severe stresses and strains

3. physically weak.

So when we say someone is fragile, it most likely than not means this person is not physically strong, very close to delicate. But I heard some people use it for the meaning you mentioned, but on kids. Therefore, personally I will still choose 'vunerable' and yes, it refers to both but both fit. |
