请问UA的学生在哪里办理退税的申请啊？

听说只要没有收入的留学生就可以申请，但在哪里申请呢？有没有地址和电话？

In the basement of Business school, there are volunteers  doing tax return. I think they will begin from the end of Feb. It is early now to fill the tax return.

Business School is close to HUB mall and Ruthford library. I am sure there is no phone number now, please wait until late Feb. Their phone number will be posted on website.
