问一个capital loss carry forward 问题

4 `0 d! v: j2 l1.去年tax return 有未用完的2000元capital loss,我今年想用，但是好像看了看，今年如果没有capital gain,是不是我就不能用？我试图把2000元填入line 253，但系统报错。说line 253必须比line 127小才行。 各位告诉能告诉我，我可不可以用这2000元的capital loss呢？

2 G1 K2 {1 y+ `9 w& G3 c& B% V. y2。我的孩子跟他妈生活。我提供月费给孩子。但是他母亲用了孩子的报税额度。但是我知道他母亲去年没有收入。而且他母亲比我上个月已经把2007报税的资料交上去了，请问我还能重复claim孩子的免税额度吗？会不会在税务局哪里造成冲突？
