* D0 ]* k1 C2 {8 |; _7 r; qThe TFW Settlement Staff will have experience and knowledge of the full spectrum of service required for TFW’s specific to settlement, and an understanding of TFW issues with respect to employment and immigration.

6 R2 h) `; m& H* N1 ^9 q• To extend the delivery of settlement services to TFW’s and family members to increase adaptation and participation in the community of Fort McMurray.

• To work in collaboration with community and industry stakeholders to facilitate a community better prepared to welcome and integrate TFW and family members. , P0 r: L& \3 C6 Z0 o+ B. K1 C+ M

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:/ @" W* V& d* Z( x% F4 U) y6 n. G. ~+ J
1 n9 c' y) ?* X• Working in collaboration with the Manager of Settlement Programs, the TFW Settlement Staff will facilitate and support the planning, development and delivery of the TFW Settlement Program. 8 @# j0 M& l' z) K6 d
• Provide TFW’s and family members with settlement services including settlement counseling, referral and community resourcing, group orientations and educational services to stakeholders.

+ r6 T Z# b4 _6 R. u' O3 _QUALIFICATIONS:1 A1 y" @, X9 N3 b! E. J- y
• Level 11 or 111 AAISA accreditation and/or Post Secondary Degree in Human Service 6 `( A+ z1 p! G4 X, l
• An extensive knowledge base related to Temporary Foreign Workers; processes and issues

• Computer literate

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
