关于lifelong learning plan

请问精打，我最近要去nait读evening course (大概一年6门课）， 学费可以用我先生的RRSP，其中的lifelong learning plan吗？ 如果可以，程序是不是我先自己付钱， 到年底再报税务局？

3 n, W3 F' s" [! S7 S! Y问题是我们在2006年把RRSP的钱拿出来作home buyer's plan了， 在2007年 2月低前补进取不多钱，如果rrsp里面的钱不够作学费用（比如说学费2000块，rrsp里面只有1000块）， 我可以不可以现在马上买rrsp存进去，然后再取出来作life long learning plan?

还有，lifelong learning plan不需要有家庭年收入的上限把。。。

从RRSP 里 LLP 提钱条件是：
% R. p+ ?6 D4 V& ~! o1   The student must be a full-time student (or a part-time student if he or she meets the disability conditions).
* Y$ z& d# `/ x2   You (the RRSP owner) have to be a resident of Canada.
3   The student has to enrol in a qualifying educational program at a designated educational institution.
# X2 |, z) ?* n4    The participation in the Lifelong Learning Plan (LLP) has to be done before the end of the year the student reaches the age of 71 years old.
