In 1908, Ford introduced the successful Model T, which was manufactured for 19 years. However, Ford's successes were not without problems. The price of the cars became cheap. During these years, over half the cars in the world were Ford Model T's. In 1914, Ford began paying his employees five dollars a day, nearly doubling others.
