About: DECSA is a community based, non-profit organization with over 30 years of experience in the development of services designed to assist individuals with employment barriers to achieve paid employment.

DECSA provides employment preparation, vocational counselling/placement services to people unable to find employment through traditional means. Individualized one-on-one and group services are available to people experiencing a wide range of barriers to employment.

  P7 q/ G/ R+ v9 W, G) x5 g- J2 E# ~The Job - Labour Force Solutions is seeking a Job Recruitment/Retention Specialist to support North Edmonton area residents by matching job seekers with potential employers. The ideal candidate will have post secondary education in career development, HR Management, marketing and/or social work.

1 r& [) h1 N" L7 H9 H; g9 NThe ideal candidate must also be a self-starter. Current knowledge in Labour Market trends combined with 2-4 successful years of job placement & retention experience working with diverse populations with barriers to employment; provision of criminal record check.
