Job Description:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
# w  V& S+ a" j# i5 BAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
8 b! J: T$ _( Q5 h' N) BAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
9 f) D. `# e; O/ c' zResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
; o7 r1 A' i. {8 [; ~1 MMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

        Completion of secondary school is required
/ _& }  h' g1 W& O5 t. ]         1- 2 years  work experience as retail salesperson
