• Provides discreet and reliable administrative support to the Corporate Security Department including the handling of telephones, mail, travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings including security briefings, filing of correspondence, managing departmental expense claims and G&A coding and reporting, SAP entries, catering arrangements for meetings, ordering office supplies, computer equipment, BlackBerries, etc. 4 `7 V% n- J Z4 U S4 d; O
• Facilitates the compilation and distribution of departmental documents in a variety of applications including Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and PowerPoint. 3 a, [8 \9 Y/ K7 D% U
• Conducts general research on open websites in regards to locations of security interest to the company and disseminates same as required. . E( T' l7 t- G2 d& u
• Contributes to the daily preparation and distribution of security summaries based on information received from risk management providers such as Control Risks Group, Transecur and others.
9 q! B+ i6 _" U. L+ _• Reserves venues and deals with venue co-ordinators for various company events (for example, on-site and off-site conferences and meetings). + B# f) e m" }
• Facilitates, co-ordinates and reports summaries of the Security Department¿s regular company-wide conference calls. - F! N# Q, r/ z3 @
• Provides professional assistance to company employees and other outside parties, as required. Positive interaction with company staff is a critical aspect of the role.* O2 |, w. F) H; w, m( g$ E* ?# }

• Business Administration/Secretarial Arts Diploma or 3 • 5 years experience. : A4 L3 N8 v8 F: L, e
• Prior experience working with Senior Management.
( t4 w* e% K2 M• Previous exposure to working with confidential information. , P% E) p" R& u9 v* o) J% l
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and PowerPoint.
