Description:

I9 ]3 @% fThis is a technical support position, to work under the direction of the Manager of Information Technology & Systems, which operates out of the College’s Regional Office in Dawson Creek, BC. Primary responsibilities include, to support the telephone network for the College’s eight campuses providing telecommunications network and user support, enterprise voice-mail support, arranging training workshops on telecommunications tools uses, and providing user support on software applications including MS Office Suite of applications.

3 ^6 S; m1 T9 z tThe successful candidate will hold a diploma/certificate in Telecommunications Technology or Information Technology, although a suitable combination of similar education and work experience would also be considered.
