( v8 c& l' D! n# ?9 h% Z/ hThe Position: provides assessment, service coordination, supportive counselling, advocacy, practical skill building and crisis intervention to adults who are living with a severe / persistent mental illness.
! g3 ]; J8 X4 o/ A. B7 L
" G; O9 a- ?1 s9 y7 t, \* w5 ]Requirements: a post-secondary degree in a human services field; relevant experience working with a mental health population; supervisory experience; excellent writing/documentation skills; ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; appropriate boundaries with clients; access to a reliable vehicle and flexibility in hours are required.
