First, all new Chinese Electricians, no matter with rich experience or not, have a difficult time to join IBEW 424.

I believe all Chinese Electricians could be the best electricians in IBEW.

Do you have any good idea to make every Chinese Electrician to be the best electrician in the field?

Most of us have no problem to pass the exam, and will be no problem at all on the filed after working more than one year or two. . j7 x& z' u7 }; A0 _
; H, w3 t O9 v% t* J$ DSo, why do our fellow Chinese electricians have difficult time working in Alberta right now? I believe the main cause is not just the language, is that more and more of new coming electricians without Canadian apprenticeship experience are working on the field, do not know how to use "Canadian Tools correctly", which make us all like "fake" electricians.

I personally recommend CEAC to help orgnize on-tool trainings for every new Chinese Electrician or any Chinese person who like to be a future electrician. And I hope all experience Chinese electricias like 无线马达 and tcar386o share their skills with each other.7 O' Q( ]* R; @+ W

Why is this training only for new electricians, not all the electricians from China without 4 years canadian apprenticeship program?
