6 d$ a( ^. h# J  v+ l+ {7 b3 SHolds a PhD degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management. He is a Professional Engineer in Alberta, a Professional Engineer in Manitoba, in Saskatchwan, and a former President of the Association of Advancement in Cost Engineering (AACE), and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineering.
The Instructor has authored over 100 papers in professional literature. His publications have appeared on peer review journals including Infrastructure Systems, Construction Engineering and Management, Journal of Municipal Engineer, Transportation Research Board, Transportation Association of Canada, and Journal of Civil Engineering and Environmental Systems.
