Position Responsibilities:- C4 L2 G+ M3 [. F5 J- o* E- _& u
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
! b% G1 m" H, j& n• Identification and replication of software defects
' Z& k( C/ c- t0 K4 L, ^. p7 X• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients & n+ s3 a0 d& [/ u0 d2 n6 D
• Managing customer expectations 6 P$ |/ y/ R- Q# [7 M1 b9 X3 U
• Documentation of technical procedures

• Optimizing system configurations

• Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin
