Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager-Merchant Services, the Sales Executive will work with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute the Merchant Sales strategy. Through formulation of sales objectives the Sales Executive will be accountable for sales of solutions for potential mid-market and commercial/corporate clients processing less than $5MM.; k# U* m A( N3 j
2. Integrate planning, scheduling, estimates, progress tracking and cost control into one function! I. c& H1 V$ ^
3. Grow new merchant relationships through sales lead generation, prospecting, contract negotiation through to sales closing - B; M4 m: m$ }7 Q
4. Preparation of RFP responses and proposals to attract new business% r( F3 T! c+ G% I5 X- p c
5. Develop internal and external business networks to increase referrals
+ S p; X" u7 ~( z6. Develop and execute business plan aligned with Merchant Services business goals

1. Proven track record of business development and relationship management: \( X9 ^- w6 j$ j3 r# \
2. Require strong cold calling competencies, experience, and closing ratios, n; R* D: z! c. [
3. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to impact and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.. ^& Y4 y+ c4 `4 G( I
4. Thorough knowledge of marketing, sales and business and development strategies& ` l. O+ o( \& }9 e" \
5. In-depth knowledge and industry-related experience in an acquiring business to deliver on comprehensive solutions to small Merchants% f3 \6 K3 _5 Z5 E6 J9 m( l
6. Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet timelines
$ \+ S& m: `, `; @" Y1 o7. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with the ability to deliver effective presentations to Merchants, Senior Executives and business partners
