If I were you, I would like to check as follows:

+ m( Q% s( O3 g. {- ]2 B1. Check 30A dryer receptacle, shall be around 240V. If not, check the Double Pole break 30A at electrical panel which may trip and positions not properly. Turn it off completely and then turn on back. Sometimes could be one pole of the break is gone. You may have loose wiring inside dryer receptacle. Make sure retighten every single wire as it carrying lots of current.

If there is 240 V in the plug, then could be the contacts of relay or Overload breaker for the heaters are burn out, and could be the timer for control the dryer depend on which type of your dryer you have.
