As the successful candidate for this 18 month position you will work to harmonize data processes and establish documentation for People Information. As part of the Data Integrity (DI) team you are responsible for the standardization and accuracy of Enbridge HR data, and will help develop processes that connect with people Information data for the enterprise. 8 N/ O9 V+ L9 H5 G+ k( j, `9 E
Responsibilities
" G! t3 G5 J% a- g Initiate the review of People Information data processes. Research, analyze, and document all functional data processes for the Enterprise, making recommendations on how to standardize each.

Develop documentation for our process regarding people information data. ( Q$ I7 k7 Y9 G0 n/ I! ~7 t

Liaise with the other team members that are responsibility for updating people information.

Develop audits, run SQR reports and/or queries that will assist with self auditing of data.

Utilize sound knowledge of the important of accuracy people information, and provide analysis, advice, and coaching for the process. 1 D4 N3 P5 t5 b( R
. q# ]1 _8 y. Y# DUtilize sound knowledge of PeopleSoft and IAM (Identity and Access Management) requirements and translate them into workable efficient solutions for the Data Integrity team. Assess best solution and best business practice.

Maintain a thorough understanding of all business processes related to HR system applications. A9 |+ \* `% k4 Z+ w! J8 t0 J
' o- V% r2 V8 s1 ]Identify potential areas where existing procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed for data excellence, and make recommendations where applicable by preparing a business case. & y3 G3 y/ K2 k6 p' C

Develop a process used to verify the accuracy of our People Information data.

* F/ p: K c2 e; L3 F5 Z% r% KProficiency in spreadsheets (Excel), Human Resources Information System (PeopleSoft), & U" J1 a( {/ W4 q0 o0 J4 `
