. Q# W2 J1 {! v/ n7 i3 z+ d8 JI am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
6 `, s& t+ I6 {- d4 Sperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
* R7 b) k4 Z; M(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
7 Y  e& u2 n) s! k8 d# U. ]; ^$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
5 }! e" W* {6 X6 g5 Ube paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

& B# c" t2 K! {. xYou can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
; c7 p9 X) P, Xcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
  A6 N3 X: g; d4 Slease required.
