We are currently looking for enthusiastic, team oriented, well-organized Analysts for contract positions. We have positions
available at our Edmonton Petroleum Lab and Fort McMurray
locations.

Minimum Requirements
: h0 d+ W  r! k8 J9 m% s$ y) b9 F$ C- Degree/diploma/certificate in the sciences; chemistry/biology
or other science background essential for Analyst positions,
0 D* o/ O" n/ |$ F% Zan asset for other positions
- Comfortable working in a laboratory environment
' \- l& j  K6 S- E- Possess good computer skills & a strong work ethic
/ r; l# w- A. d1 Z& D- Have a good command of the English Language
- Capable of multi-tasking and completing routine tasks on a
daily basis
# N7 V7 n2 r1 v6 f  O& c- Possess the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly
changing environment
7 R( ~: n! G# d# D- Capable of working afternoons, evenings, overtime and or
weekends

* `3 P. C+ N% h4 k2 W' V! ?Receives and prepares samples for labs (includes: dividing & transferring samples to appropriate containers, storing samples, entering jobs into system, dumping old samples)
" l2 `0 W' Q# ^  yResponds to some customer enquiries, requests & complaints (bottle orders, sample prep procedures and turn around time)
" ~8 a% K. a* ?/ r+ ~Confers sample status & lab capacity with analysts
) W# j# f; F! t- @  [Assist with invoicing and reporting of client data

3 W6 e: |6 `, q4 v) g1 N& kQUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma, or B.Sc. or Technical Diploma in relevant sciences would be an asset
Previous laboratory experience an asset
: n, M+ U( h- o+ S% ^: TAble to deal positively with customer concerns
& u/ M. M$ q) o% }Excellent communication and organizational skills
eneral understanding of the environmental industry
1 l% E( O3 w8 ?& L! B2 {strong multi-tasking capability and comfortable with routine work
Competent computer skills
Work effectively as part of a team
Able to act professionally while working in a fast paced & changing environment

Occasional overtime
