Our Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
9 r: s+ j1 m" m7 UPost-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
  f+ O3 N$ t: U; [7 \5 N: R' lUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
1 B4 @% g; P. }7 p- Q, |Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
