The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

% v9 Q5 p; B( U3 h• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required: E5 r9 U' w7 u9 M2 Y; Z; y3 h- {
• Answer multi line telephone system2 ~4 ^! l. t) x

3 p8 Y. N$ Z/ T- P• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads' F; d) f. A3 S/ p+ q; s: d5 n
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits/ I& E5 h) {' A! O
• Input and manage high volume of data* `3 D2 k* K+ V- E* A
• Update and maintain databases* ~( a" P8 Y( C Q0 `0 q
• Generate monthly reports and statistics( `* H# L' O, e0 p: g2 D
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
8 F& C8 g. n( u$ F6 e. ?• Process payments and complete weekly deposits
: Z" Y" y" ]0 w& A• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
8 g' Y$ `. I4 ]# \2 f2 K• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors; S3 v- S; x- s$ Z2 O& I: i
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre

Qualifications:: j. ?! W8 F/ @" P r7 B
( A7 A. ~* S9 L% ~' V% S• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
8 B _! Y) V% Z, b# A% h j" b4 u c• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
9 L* x7 Q) o* ?/ E. ]• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a9 c+ [" z3 u/ B; v
• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
% Q* W5 g5 Y$ U1 d• Able to interact positively with a diverse population/ Q Z/ _6 w+ m0 U& Z0 Z! X

• Strong organizational skills and abilities
