Q9 T- u7 V' w1 xReporting to the Director and Chief Financial Officer, the Financial Manager is responsible for providing leadership, direction and coordination of the client recovery and collections activities and for managing the activities of the Recoveries staff./ t1 ^3 X) b0 F' }2 o

The successful candidate will develop, implement and monitor standard credit management and collection policies and procedures while ensuring that a fair and equitable process is used to determine client’s ability to repay costs and provisions to collect these client contributions.

H/ k+ @+ U4 KThe ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor of Commerce and/or an Accounting designation or Credit Management certification. A minimum of two years managerial experience in an accounts receivable function along with extensive experience in developing and implementing credit and collection policies is required. Excellent organization and time management skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The successful applicant must provide a criminal record check.; L) F!
