FUNCTION:
1 V2 i0 y* ?, L- M# f$ KThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

8 Y9 F9 Q! v- O  C  M( D: n; e4 wDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
$ R& K- m) a) e! y, [•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
1 h6 ?1 u: C7 ]; p4 _1 `8 e% v•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
  _4 }& `* V1 ~1 a  u( v- f•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
  I- R$ p; x9 ^- i, u$ G; M•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
- k- B! Z, q& ~& O; ~•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.

•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
•        Willingness to maintain proficiency by embracing new technologies.
