 Continuously interact with all clients in the Resource Area to ensure that their job search requirements are being met.

 Assist clients with resume and cover letter development, effective job search techniques, interview skills, and accessing the hidden job market after workshop completion.( n: l+ `4 D0 n) w5 o( ~$ b: ~

 Update and maintain job boards.

 Work with newcomers in assessing their needs and a needs-based settlement plan.
