Position Summary:
% A$ y m' R0 E6 C! ^ This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
% ?4 A5 }! H8 u4 A• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners6 W/ G: V$ A& a9 o
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs; H+ j" a$ a/ a
• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
6 Z- ?9 ^: ?( M- h; x• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing$ n' z; r# b7 |$ z# t/ j' t- w. m2 t. k
# m* A- p' g2 j; GPreferred Qualifications
6 z1 V8 ~4 J$ \" J• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
% I4 n6 J1 t' l• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse . @% S) Z4 ^: ?, {& `' m
• Experience in project management & report writing $ e1 m$ P$ N" \# V8 l
• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
