15ml lemon juice
% G. n& O* D8 H9 u$ h* @2 bananas
7 d7 Y7 S3 l; T _; F9 W5 f! r30ml brandy" c* l) i- I, C
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

) a! q; Y0 k) Q3 l; W8 S0 ]1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan* v$ b: H J7 {9 K# n- p
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
% y% _% ^- H5 ?1 D3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
% N* P( G+ q7 K. P! H/ Y4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.

6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
