Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

" v: f  X) g' `7 B•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
$ h+ P$ }+ x: R* f4 F•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
& j. e6 [! M" c) y•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
; m( G! K4 O; j. y$ N' e•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
0 ?0 z$ ~+ V; t# \- Q, K( e•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

+ I5 p3 u+ e1 n6 j* e9 SEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
/ _) {/ Y+ S" o9 `9 OExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
0 b$ n3 x, |; P" jCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
