This resource will be responsible for the following:

Identifies the technologies that would be used for the project.
Recommends the development methodologies and frameworks for the project.
Produce 4+1 architectural view design documents
6 p, v1 `' w+ X, `Provides the overall design and structure to the application.
Establishes design/coding guidelines and best practices.
% b# A0 W$ K4 M8 S' s1 cMentors developers on best practices, guidelines and complex tasks.
Enforces compliance with coding guidelines using code reviews etc.
Assists management in assessing technical competence of developers.
* ~9 v* N8 C1 z' z) C4 a  a# jProvides technical advice and guidance to the project manager.
& N- A2 @1 q- a* g2 `3 Z* @  V( zGuiding the team is doing proof of concepts and early risk assessments.
