可能是肝的问题。可以用中药、按摩、刮痧、火罐……，视情况用之。

My mom has the same problem. She worked out every day but didn't help. Now she is taking DAN SHEN TONG which prescripted by her doctor. She was also told not to work out as it might increase the chance of fainting.
