撞车后对方不承认责任，我该怎么办

今天在高速公路上，有一辆车从右面闸道驶入，他没有减速让行，撞上我的右侧面，倒车镜撞碎而且在轮胎上方有被撞凹进去。由于事故发生在 sherwood 所以edmonton警方不管，只能去sherwood报案。但是没有及时报案，对方去警察局告我，说是我的责任。但是我压根在这起事故中没有任何责任，所以我该怎么办？

听起来是对方上高速并线你没有让所以撞在你的右侧面，如果是这样的应该没有你的责任。先和保险公司联系会安排去body shop做评估，费用超过2000会要求去警察局备案。不知道对方告你什么，如果告你从左线并线到右线而对方当时是直行的就会扯皮了。

今天找过警察了问过了保险公司去判定警察只管损失

Merging is done when two roadways join into one and the traffic on the main roadway must cooperate to allow enough space for vehicles to enter from the merging lane.

Neither the merging vehicle nor the vehicles already on the highway have the right-of-way. Merging is a shared responsibility between the vehicles joining the roadway and the vehicles already on the roadway.

Avoid reducing your speed abruptly or stopping when merging.

This merging lane is designed to allow you to bring your vehicle to the posted speed of the road onto which you are merging. The drivers behind you are expecting you to continue moving ahead. If you
slow or stop, your vehicle may be hit from behind.

Here are some tips on merging safely:
• Merging requires that you plan and time your approach to blend smoothly with traffic, without stopping or abruptly reducing your speed.
• Check the traffic flow on the highway as soon as you can see the lane where you will be merging.
• Choose your gap in the traffic, and begin adjusting your speed, if required. Keep glancing at the gap you chose to ensure you are making the speed and timing adjustments necessary to safely merge without affecting traffic.
• Use your signal light before or when you are on the acceleration lane.
• Accelerate to the speed of the traffic on the main road.
• Keep shoulder checking to view the gap and look in your rear view mirror for vehicles following you.
• When it is safe and legal, move into the gap after you are past the solid white line of the acceleration lane. Maintain your speed at or near the speed of the other vehicles.
• Ensure your signal light is turned off.

If you are on the main roadway, and traffic is merging, move left to the next lane if it is safe. This leaves the right travel lane clear for the merging vehicles to enter.

对错保险公司判断，这里要注意的是，在高速路上要让并线的车进来。

上高速路，加速带很短，司机通常都拼命加速，如果主路上的车不让，还大摇大摆，认为有路权，我行我素的开，会让并线的司机抓狂的，因为他超车速度不够，刹车又停不下来，遇到狠角色的，就撞你了，我猜这可能就是那个司机想告你的原因了

高速路上，遇到并线的车，要让人家进来，特别是在冬天，或者尽早换线到旁边的路

不知楼主是不是这个情况，建议学学防卫驾驶，保险公司还给你减保险

正常行驶的车有路权，并线的车要让正常行驶的车。如果你的左线没车而且路况好的话可以换到左线让并线的车进来，否则的话就保持正常的速度行驶让对方判断加速或减速并线。
让对方并线是一种礼貌，但首先要保证自己的安全，特别是在冬天路滑不要轻易变线，可以提前加速或减速给对方留出空间变线。

别想当然，这种情况路权是均等的。建议给警局打个电话确认。

请不要误导大家，我们希望有越来越多的安全司机而不是马路杀手，

当有车进入高速路时，不是正常行驶的车有路权，是两车共同share路权。
请看楼上引用的英文解释： Neither the merging vehicle nor the vehicles already on the highway have the right-of-way. Merging is a shared responsibility between the vehcles joining the roadway and the vehicles already on the roadway.
而且从防卫驾驶的角度说，避免事故是主要目的，稍微踩下下刹车是什么难事，前车顺利并入高速，你也安全了，否则两败俱伤，甚至送命，有路权又有什么用？

处于高速路右边lane的车辆必须让行从左侧的ramp merge进来的车辆。merge进来的车辆在进入highway时必须达到highway要求的最低车速，这是高五考试必须做到的一项。如果highway内的车辆不让行，merge进来的车辆又不能紧急减速（这样会造成后车追尾），两车相撞责任在高速内的车辆。楼主还需仔细学习交规，对别人对自己都有好处。

这个我认为应该是对方的责任，看看阿省驾照书，上面写的比较详。一方面：有并线近来的高速，高速上的车，在可能的情况下，应该尽量让出右线；另一方面，想并入高速的车，应该避让已在高速上的车。你让他是礼貌，他让你是义务。
你到警察局做个你认为真实正确的事件经过陈述，警察记录后，交给保险公司处理。

实际上，我已经让前面一个大truck驶入，我的速度在2秒内从80 减到30，而这个车跟在大车后面，从我的倒车镜内压根看不见这辆车，而且前方他还有路。

我已经让前面一个大truck驶入，我的速度已经达到了高速的最低限度，而这辆车紧跟着truck也想跟着向左并线，在我的倒车镜内已经是死角，这应该不是我的责任了吧，在我的statement里我也说了，I had to slow down to avoid collision with truck.

问过警察了如果在没有人员伤亡的情况下，警察压根不会理会这种事情，毕竟人家每天都会接到这样的报案
