    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
6 h" a0 L$ j2 p% {2 D    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
8 J& [6 d& p3 u6 n+ ^/ `4 X    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

( {$ o: r1 `: F6 F3 r* n3 i% f    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
5 j* t; v! w& f3 \    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
: d; k& m( Q* n& g# E    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
9 E' D$ ]$ t" I! j* C    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
1 W( f% h: x% ?- q    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；

职位要求：
, L, F0 s9 |, z+ j. k/ D  n    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
: k1 ]4 w" c( Q1 d) j  y. o! e    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
& j+ ~' X% f3 R1 M" {5 T* s8 f& p+ a    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
: C/ ^- C1 a1 s, j8 l    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
4 p! s& A5 t" H4 r/ q" i: j; w    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
8 J$ ^, K  K/ S* V- c    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

薪金概况：
" y, ], j* o. l* y     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
