留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
) J$ r4 i3 i' M# q; d" r* K8 |请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
: Y6 w9 D" Z; `& k! c3 _+ X2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
+ h% w( g, `" O$ r4 A" k+ U3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

8 A9 \" G3 D* n) U# E( \% q; Iyou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
9 t$ l5 ]! I, i4 F: I, Qyou must be a resident of Canada; and
you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
