well, for mobile, you can try fido, the cheapest plan is 20 basic charge plus 911 fee and network access fee. usually you get 1000min per month after 7pm, this 7pm is better/earlier than both rogers or telus.

if you want to buy fido, i can refer you - you get 20 dollars back on the 4th month. but if your homestay allows you to use their phone for local calls in edmonton, i don't think you need a mobile, if you are just a student.6 M) f z6 z' J
