I had done several times in my two properties, Chinese fellow from Calgary, thru a friend Wen,  it was $350.00

Yes, it depends on how many vent ducts you have in your house. The subject property being cleaned is a bungalow with about 1700 square feet, finished basement, complete cleaning cost about $450.

The price included 25 air ducts and furnace motor cleaning, and all GST. Sorry I don't have the phone No. for that cleaning company. But my friend Wen knew him well. The clean company owner is in Calgary. Every time he has confirmed service of 5 families or more, he would drive from Calgary to here. Otherwise it is not worth of the diesel cost.  The cleaning took about 2 and half hours, and the truck kept running to suck up all the dirt and dust in the vents.    It was hard work and hard earned money.  Check with Max Air as in the first post.
