The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.: P0 n' P+ h: ]& K3 c1 }& I

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments7 U+ A' F: J7 j7 ^6 t& K! K3 N
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
7 f5 K$ p$ W/ Z! q( n0 \% JAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
' ~4 P# }$ J! k3 fManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;' U1 |! q+ T0 Z& d' u( h
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;2 {0 v+ a! P9 h
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;( ?5 E6 [9 y/ w
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
