埃德蒙顿5月4日消息:加拿大房贷及房屋公司(CMHC)上周发布了关于加拿大最新的房市报告,名为《加拿大房屋价格的分析和评估框架及12个房地产市场》。这份报告主要关注了房地产市场的风险因素,例如房市过热,房价增长速度过快,房屋估价过高,以及过多的新建房。他们对埃德蒙顿市场的结论是,所有上述提到的因素在本地的风险值都比较低。
