only an expert at preparing the guest’s pita, but an expert in engaging with our guests and creating a
memorable experience.

 Contribute to a positive team environment
 Provide the highest level of hospitality by engaging and interacting with guests
 Prepare all food and beverage items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures
, c0 i9 C- V. q, {4 s9 B Anticipate and respond to flow of orders to ensure timely completion of all food items
2 J. f  j9 }- C Knowledgeable about the menu and can communicate this to the guests
" i" W4 i" B7 s) }6 s, l/ {8 H6 B0 F* k Accurately complete all station set up and closing procedures
 Maintain food quality control and productivity at all times
 Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and uphold food safety practices
 Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of your station at all times
 Follow all operational policies and procedures

 Previous experience in a service environment preferred

 Strong interpersonal skills
 Ability to work as part of a team
  [6 E  M8 N3 z' h3 w# _" B4 f' C Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
 Ability to learn quickly

Physical requirements
 Constant standing/walking for duration of shift on a hot cooking line
3 K- X# [; l1 s- [! p+ X% {$ G0 ~ Occasional pushing, pulling, light lifting
