石棉是一种重金属纤维，在房子里，不动它，比如装修，改建等，不会飞到空气中，不会被吸入，造成危害。一般报道的了肺癌的人，多是在开矿过程中，吸入大量石棉，一旦进入体内，就没有办法治了。

这是个仁者见仁智者见智的事情，和变电箱类似，但确实有长期的健康隐患。一般只存在一些老房子中，如果你需要找人换这个石棉材料，需要找专业人士，取决面积，一般会花费1万到2万不等，价格不低。

石棉不是重金属，而是硅酸盐纤维。建筑材料中如果含有石棉，空气的粉尘中会有石棉纤维，而石棉纤维是已经证明了的强致癌物之一。

自然是移除的钱，换新的上千而已。你移除是需要找专门移除石棉的专业公司，这个可不是随便找个人就可以的。你要是验房验到这个东西，如果不是立马准备推倒，出租出去的话你可是承担法律风险的。除非对方肯把移除的价格给补给你，否则还是别给自己找事了。
