Yong Qiang Chartered Accountant is a small public practice accounting firm that serves the clients in Edmonton and surrounding areas. We provide accounting, tax, and other services for small sized businesses.

After 5 years’ development, we are expanding our operation with the acquisition of new office location. We are a firm that provide flexibility and work-life balance. We are a paperless office and believe a technology lead to high quality and outstanding service for our clients.
We are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
# @1 K; e) B  C" h$ P•        Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.)
•        Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
6 f+ G$ ?) i# [! O- e$ h•        Prepare financial statements
0 @2 F5 H0 |  [% T. e•        Prepare corporate tax returns
+ m" b% ^0 K7 C& ]•        File GST returns
- w9 H1 h! S5 _* v, ^  D4 a9 s1 s•        Process payroll
9 |. c* E7 A! _8 ]•        File T4/T5 returns
+ r6 Y1 i/ H& G. W; `•        Prepare personal tax returns
•        Communication with our clients and government agencies

& L4 x3 e/ c0 ~, ^The position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel.

6 L2 c7 Y  h5 S: v- S- W7 M1 QConsideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.

不要读这个专业，除非你有背景或者以后会接手/经营自己的business
% Y  _- x! x1 W0 J8 P" f, H( [4 R
这个专业的新手一捞一大把，供大大高于求，但是这个专业到了中级就比较容易了，缺点是薪水太低，一直到了高级或者是designated就不同了，供小于求，在招工的网站，大部分要求designation的工作都要放好久才被拿下来，这个门槛卡住好多好多人。。。。
