maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
8 b, I5 c7 s* a8 C4 U1 E- Vadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
- N) e! C2 X$ n' E( M+ caddresses and general office duties. X, V/ F+ R3 h; b0 f. e ~

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during4 ^' [, p: M$ w R, E, q
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language0 g7 V" C# h$ f0 s, \4 c
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
: E6 I( u# k2 Zproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience- g- \, h# [& t+ H) e
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
