JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

carrying out the procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of $ k$ P( Q- Z; ^! ^
customer service and room cleanliness.

1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage

5 B' O+ X" u! E7 J) M: X3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the - K6 X: {, D4 `6 F# g' f
total cash-out value of items sold on each shift.( G+ w2 H' \, u; a1 ]5 [

4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness, 2 [; x9 o0 s* p
including regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal ; \3 _( W5 w. S- I
and ensuring floor surface cleanliness.0 T% H) W7 K2 z5 C
& h# @ T" }7 \# @8 n- x$ k! A5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate

intervention procedures and provincial liquor laws.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

4) Experience operating an Interac terminal and processing charge
