Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the

1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and , u9 W6 @" j, O# [! [
beverage items.

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the

2 l9 {! X8 v3 ]! F$ F" N3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of , H, ~- l3 ^# \4 g

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular

seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in 5 f, ?. G) S; t q J( ~/ D" {* Y
storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol # E/ p* g! E$ v p9 p' Q! \
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.: d) f) A* Q- n" L( X& m

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close

high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in
