: z. Z! o( W# ~•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
1 @. I9 X7 t( {0 N•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
$ I" x, L9 X" n  V- j+ b9 S•        Control store-operating expenses.
5 Y$ X/ b- J& x* n1 X7 [: Y' P•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.

% G  b8 ?" N6 w* v•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
- A8 ^, u, ]% G; a•        Excellent customer service skills.
, l' ^$ t! C3 h) G# Z$ G9 @, j•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
