郁闷! I just got to know that Chinese guy is not contractor when I apply the permit. Now I am stuck here, since I don't know anything about electronical, and he actually is not qualify to do it by himself. But he told me he is certified electronical and can apply permit. Based on my personal experience, I don't recommend him unless you want get the hassel like mine now.
