Job Description:
Responsibilities

0 Q: A6 l6 ~7 O6 \* t0 w7 WThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing mechanical designs, in a team environment, for world class Large AC Motors, considering durability, performance and customer values. They will lead large projects to improve product designs, reduce costs, and drive product standardization.

- f$ k' a4 K5 L0 Z" O) m( }*responsible for providing mechanical design and manufacturing support for Large AC machine product lines

1 f( R: i: z" T2 k& C*invent solutions to resolve complex mechanical design problems to enable enhancements in performance and reliability

*lead the continuous improvement of the product offering by defining and developing product features to meet customer expectations

*develop an understanding of the customer needs to effectively sell our features and convince customers of the acceptability/superiority of the GE product offering

*Lead multi-functional team projects to solve complex problems
